Richmond Raceway is dedicated to ensuring an enjoyable and accessible experience for all guests. A range of services is available to support fans with disabilities throughout race weekend, helping everyone make the most of their visit.
Accessible seating is available in several areas, including the Veranda and Dogwood Grandstands, as well as in the Mezzanine and Tower sections of the Commonwealth Grandstand. These locations include a wheelchair-accessible space and the option to purchase companion seating.
Handicapped parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis near Gates 2, 4, 6, and the Service Gate. A valid handicap parking permit must be clearly displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror for quick entry and access.
A fleet of mobility assistance carts is available to help guests with disabilities travel between designated guest services tents and key areas around the property. These carts accommodate one disabled guest and one companion. Carts do not access individual campsites or specific parking spaces.
Accessible restrooms are located throughout the facility. Family/unisex restrooms can be found in the Dogwood Tower, Veranda Grandstands, and the Commonwealth Tower and Mezzanine.
Guests may bring their own wheelchairs or personal mobility devices. Richmond Raceway also allows electric mobility devices that are specifically designed and commercially manufactured for use by individuals with disabilities.
